By straining the soup you are removing maximum nutrients.The skin contains roughage and anti cancer agents.Why waste these nutrients ? The roughage can be added to curry is roti dough.NEVER WASTE nutrients.If we do wrong things,our children will also learn these fussy habits.Skin is ALL fruits and vegetables contain 6 times the nutrition than the pulp.Throwing them in drain is not only foolish but also a crime.Tomato skin contains an anti cancer and antioxidant called LICOPENE.. Rest of your cooking is superb.God bless U.
