15 minute Egg Drop Soup

Egg drop soup is Chinese in origin. It’s a unique delicious soup with a ribbon, stringy appearance. The great thing is it can be prepared in about 15 to 20 minutes. It’s great severed up as an appetizer or lunch. There are a few important tips to making it. First, we use frozen, mixed veggies as they are so convenient, but you can use fresh vegetables if you like. The amounts can be altered, as well. For example, if you’re a ginger lover, you can add more. You can also use extra ingredients too. A couple of cloves of garlic would be a nice addition. Yummy. Good during cold and rainy season.
This other recipe is the cheaper version but still yummy.

Sarap nito sa tag lamig at pag may hang over.

I don’t have any of the ingredients besides eggs so all I did was get some ramen flavor powder with water for the soup base 😂
