Egg drop soup is Chinese in origin. It’s a unique delicious soup with a ribbon, stringy appearance. The great thing is it can be prepared in about 15 to 20 minutes. It’s great severed up as an appetizer or lunch. There are a few important tips to making it. First, we use frozen, mixed veggies as they are so convenient, but you can use fresh vegetables if you like. The amounts can be altered, as well. For example, if you’re a ginger lover, you can add more. You can also use extra ingredients too. A couple of cloves of garlic would be a nice addition. Believe me, this recipe will be a hit with you family and dinner guests. Give it a try, and enjoy your egg drop soup. Get the recipe: http://cooknshare.com/recipe/egg-drop-soup/

I don’t have any of the ingredients besides eggs so all I did was get some ramen flavor powder with water for the soup base 😂

Hey hey not bad. Never knew how easy it actually was lol. Followed the recipe while making it and did what I could with the ingredients I actually had. I’ll defiantly have to add my own twist on this soup when I can
