1) Fried cheese bread
 
INGREDIENTS ● Potato – 500g ● Egg – 1 ● Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp ● Salt – 1 tsp ● Pepper – 3/4 tsp ● Parsley – 1/2 bunch ● Flour – 240g ● Baking powder – 10g ● Cheese – 200g   METHOD 1. Boil the potatoes in their peel, peel and crush in mashed potatoes. 2. Add the egg, butter, salt, pepper, parsley, flour and baking powder to the puree. Mix well. 3. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll 4 flat cakes, the diameter of your pan. 4. Put 6 slices of cheese on one cake and cover with a second cake. Pinch the edges. 5. Cut the tortilla into triangles so that the cheese remains inside. 6. Fry such cakes for 5-7 minutes on each side.

2) Sheermal
 
INGREDIENTS • 1 cup warm milk • 1 large egg • 100g ghee • 1 tbsp yeast • 1/2 cup sugar • 1/2 tsp salt • 3 cups flour • sesame seeds • Black cumin seeds   METHOD

Combine milk, egg, melted butter and sugar.
Then add yeast and flour, leave the dough rest for 1 hour.
Then spread the dough, cover and let rest for another 20 minutes.
Made in the form shown in the video and bake at 160°F/320°C for 25 minutes.

3) Onion bread
 
INGREDIENTI  2 purple onions;  1 tbsp salt;  1 tsp yeast;  200 ml (6.7 fl.oz) warm water;  2 tsp salt;  600 g (20 oz) flour;  125 g (4.2 oz) butter, melted.   METHOD

 Slice purple onions and season them with a tablespoon of salt. Stir and set aside for 20 minutes. Squeeze onion slices to remove excess liquid.
 Stir 2 tsp of salt with flour. Dissolve yeast in warm water and pour the yeast solution into the seasoned flour.
 Knead the dough, cover it and set aside until doubled in size.
 Cut the dough into quarters and roll as thin as possible (it should be even a little transparent in the end). 
Repeat with leftover portions of the dough and brush each rolled out piece with some melted butter, add the onions and roll.
 When you roll the flatbread into a log roll this log again into a snail, press with your fingers to stretch it out into a flatbread.
 Poke each flatbread with a fork and brush with leftover butter. Bake at 200C/400F for 30-40 minutes.
