That first recipe with the quinoa was a good idea because I've been trying to eat more superfoods like quinoa but haven't found the perfect match for it so I like the idea of substitute meat with it I think ill do that with the no chicken chicken stock

I wanted to make a tomato spinach and sausage dish it looked absolutely wonderful but I didn’t have the tomato spinach or sausage all I had was the quinoa and onions and veggie stock so I attempted to make this with a bunch of substitutions and it was fantastic so thank you for the idea I wish I had taken a picture of it just so I could show you my version with the many substitutions that I had to make considering that I didn’t have any of the ingredients that you had so thank you very much. 😳
