Bobby! Halve your squash & place halves face down in baking dish. Add 1” water. Cook til soft, scoop out the squash. Much easier

I just seen a nifty way to peel a squash cut both ends off poke holes through it with a fork and microwave it for 3-4 mins then pill with potato peeler :) easy peasy @tasty.com

I always use a veg peeler to peel the squash. I usually cut it in half and peel from there.

First let me say that I almost fell off my chair when I saw the bowls your demo shots are in. I have those bowls plus the larger ones. I have never seen anyone besides me use them, I loooove them. (Can’t beat anything vintage!). Those soups look unbelievable and can’t wait to try them, minus quinoa (allergic). Please please please do more ……thanks for sharing
