These salad recipes are a complete meal replacement and can be eaten for dinner or lunch.These salad recipes are vegan salad recipes. If you are a non vegetarian you can increase the protein quotient by adding egg and chicken breast .

If you’re looking to lose weight, salads are bound to be a big part of your life, but that doesn’t mean you need to pile on the same old toppings day after day! All of these healthy salad recipes support weight-loss goals, fuel the body, and satisfy your taste buds with their fresh flavors and healthy ingredients.
Here are 3 Healthy Salad Recipes For Weight Loss | Easy Salad Recipes
1- Roasted Vegetable salad- Take vegetables of your choice. I have taken brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, Zucchini, bell pepper, onion , carrots, some garlic cloves. Roast them in the pre heated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degree celsius. For dressing – I have taken one avocado , lime , garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt , pepper and some water. Assemble the salad with soem green of your choice.
2- Fruit and Sprouts salad- Sprouts should be included in your daily diet. They are extremely healthy. For dressing take some extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, honey, lime. For veggies – take green of your choice , grated carrots, apple ( you can use pear, pineapple, strawberries, bell pepper, and pomegranate.
3- Mexican salad- For dressing – In a jar add extra virgin olive oil, salt , pepper, cilantro, fresh garlic, chilli flakes, cumin powder, oregano leaves, lime juice. In bowl add greens of your choice, add charred corn, spring onions, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and finally beans of your choice.
