Am i imagining things, or did they do the chocolate croissants twice? Once at 5:08 and once at 18:53.

Edit: Upon double checking, it's the dough preparation that's identical! They diverge around the point where the dough's cut in half and shaped. Still a rather odd thing to double up on…
