KURZEMES STROGANOFF

As known Kurzemes is a region of Latvia where this brand dish, inspired by famous beefstroganoff, now with pork meat, is cooked. Pan-fried meat, cut into strips, and braised then in a sour cream sauce with pickled cucumber and onion – Kurzemes stroganoff is served as a rule with a mashed potato. That will be a genuinely tasty!
