• Mayonnaise
• Sliced ham
• Sliced cheese
• Black olives
• Cling film
• Toothpick

Place a slice of cheese on top of the cling film. Spread mayonnaise over it and place two slices of ham, the same size as cheese: repeat 3 times to have 4 slices of cheese and 4 slices of ham.
Wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove the film and cut into 4 pieces.
Use a toothpick to place a black olive on top and serve.

• Black olives
• Cling film
• Toothpick
• Chives
• Dill
• Smoked Salmon
• Herb cream cheese
• Green olives

Place several slices of smoked salmon on top of the cling film.
Spread cream cheese with herbs all over the salmon.
Add slices of black olives, chives, salt and pepper.
Roll and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Place a sprig of dill together with a green olive and push it through the salmon roll with a toothpick.
Cut pieces of 3 cm.

• Cherry tomatoes
• Pate
• Sliced bread
• Toothpick
• Mayonnaise
• Parsley

Place a slice of pate on toast and on top of the pate, spread mayonnaise.
And another slice of bread. Cut into 9 pieces.
Place a sprig of parsley and a cherry tomato through a toothpick and use it to hold the squares together.

• Block of cheese
• Block of ham
• Sliced bread
• Toothpick
• Syringe
• Black olives

Cut a fat slice of the block of cheese, cucumber and ham.
Cut the tip of the syringe and use it to cut a circle of cheese, slice of bread, cucumber and ham.
Fit a black olive in a toothpick and use it to remove the syringe slices.
