1 & 1/4 cup Nutella
2 large eggs
1/2 cup plain flour
Pineapple & Mint Ice: serves 6
1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
2 tablespoons freshly chopped mint
‘Cookie Dough’ Greek Yoghurt: serves 4
1 (6oz) container greek yoghurt
1 tbls peanut butter
1/2 tsp stevia
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Banana Wrap: serves 4
4 wholewheat tortilla
1/4 cup peanut butter
4 rip bananas
