Just getting to this one. Been watching politics (UGH) and you're the perfect antidote when I'm bummed. That rib rub is going on my pork butts in about an hour. I'll probably add some maple bacon seasoning I have, and something for heat like ground chipotle. I've been looking for a good basic rub recipe and I think this might be it. Hubs will LOVE my next batch of ribs done right—Julia's YUMs way!

Sue Perez says:

Hey sweetie, its four am and I want to fix all of these recipes! Good thing I don't have everything to make them all right now. I have to say, your ribs really looked amazing! So did Miss Brinley. She is such a baby doll. Give her hugs and kisses from me please. Seriously though, you always give us such a wide array of recipes and it is definitely appreciated. We know you work hard on your videos, especially with having your sweet little one. I remember toddlers can be a bit demanding when they want to be. I know y'all are getting ready to move, so please be careful, safe and blessed. Looking forward to seeingbthe new house too! God bless!
