Cauliflower is an up ground vegetable and like all other up ground vegetables, it’s low in carbs. Low carb foods are good for healthy life as well as help to maintain and loose weight.

Im sharing 5 recipes with Cauliflower. All are low carb that are easy and quick, delicious and economical.

1- Pan Cake or Cauliflower Cake:
Preparation time: 8-10 minutes
Serves 1 person

Ingredients:
1- Cauliflower crushed, half cup
2- One egg
3- Salt and red chilli or black pepper
4- Butter and olive oil, one tablespoon each

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients and cook in the pan in mixture of butter and olive oil.
It’s ready!

2- Cauliflower Manchurian:
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves 1 person

Ingredients:
1- Cauliflower cut into straight pieces.
2- Unsweetened Pasta sauce or tomato and garlic mixture 2 tablespoon.
3- Salt and Black pepper
4- Lemon juice few drops
5- Butter and olive oil mixture 3 tablespoons
6- Whip cream 3-4 tablespoons

Preparation:
1- Marrinate Cauliflower with salt, black pepper, lemon juice and pasta sauce for 5 minutes.
2- Fry them by changing side.
3- Take them out and in same mixture, add whip cream and one tablespoon of unsweetened pasta sauce. stir to make gravy.
4- Add gravy on fried Cauliflower.
It’s ready!

3- Cauliflower Rice or Biryani
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves 1 person

Ingredients:
1- Cooked and left over chicken
2- Crushed Cauliflower
3- Biryani Masala

Preparation:
It’s very easy, just use left over chicken and gravy. Add crushed Cauliflower to it. Add Biryani spice and cook on high flame.
It’s ready!

4- Cauliflower Nuggets
Preparation time 10 minutes
Serves 1 person

Ingredients:
1- Cauliflower crushed, half cup
2- Chicken mince, half cup
3- one egg
4- Salt and black pepper
5- Butter and olive oil to fry

Preparation:
1- Cook mince by just adding salt and black pepper.
2- Add to crushed Cauliflower.
3- Mix in, one beaten egg
4- Make kebab and fry them.
It’s ready!

5- Roasted Cauliflower
Preparation time: 7 minutes
Serves one person

Ingredients:
1- Cauliflower cut into pieces
2- Steak spice or any other spices
3- Olive oil for frying

Preparation:
Use steak pan for good nice texture. Cook Cauliflower pieces for a while by adding steak spice in very little olive oil.
