Hey guys, here are 3 of my favourite recipes for breakfast, snack, pre-workout, and just any time when I feel hungry. All the meals can be completed in less than 5 minutes and are more than 40g of protein. Absolutely perfect for those who are trying to build muscle and or lose fat.
