Rice- brown rice more so- has been found to contain particularly high levels of arsenic. I still eat it but try and get rice grown in Cali or India. The arsenic levels are lower there.
Also, basmati tends to have lower levels.

i always put peanut butter with sambal! it's a lazy way to emulate peanut satay sauce. i often eat it on celery too, like a savory ants on a log.

love the recipes! i don't think the peanut butter and chili sauce isn't weird at all because of it being in foreign dishes along with spicy, sweet and salty!
