INGREDIENTES
Vegan Bounty Tart 00:00

Para la corteza:
300g (10,5oz) de almendras
230g (8oz) de dátiles Medjool, sin hueso
3 cucharadas de aceite de coco
2 cucharadas de cocoa en polvo
2 cucharadas de miel de maple
Pizca de sal

Para el relleno:
1¼ tazas (300ml) de crema de coco
125g (1/3 taza + 1 cucharada) de miel de maple
3 cucharadas de aceite de coco
300g (10,5oz) de coco desecado
2 cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla

Para el aderezo:
225g (8oz) de chocolate negro
1 taza (240ml) de crema de coco

DIRECCIONES
1. Haga la corteza: coloque las almendras en un procesador de alimentos y procese hasta que estén harinosas. Agregue los dátiles deshuesados, la cocoa en polvo, el aceite de coco, la miel de maple y procese hasta que estén combinados y pegajosos. 00:31
2. Presione la mezcla en el fondo y los lados de un molde para tartas de 23 cm (9 pulgadas). Refrigere mientras hace el relleno. 00:48
3. En una cacerola pequeña caliente la crema de coco, el aceite de coco y la miel de maple. Deje hervir a fuego lento. Apague el fuego, bata el extracto de vainilla. 00:58
4. Vierta la mezcla caliente sobre el coco desecado. Revuelva hasta que esté combinado. Transfiera el relleno a la base preparada y extienda uniformemente. No llene demasiado, deje algo de espacio para la cobertura. Refrigere mientras prepara la cobertura. 01:14
5. Hacer la cobertura: picar el chocolate, colocarlo en un bol grande resistente al calor. En una cacerola pequeña, caliente la crema de coco. Vierta la crema de coco caliente sobre el chocolate, deje reposar 1-2 minutos, luego revuelva hasta que quede suave. 01:34
6. Vierta el ganache sobre la tarta. Distribuya uniformemente. Refrigere durante 10-15 minutos. 01:53
7. Con el resto de la mezcla de coco, forme 8 bolitas. sumerja la mitad de las bolas en el ganache restante. Decore la tarta. 02:00
8. Refrigere por lo menos 2 horas antes de servir.

Notas:
Para la corteza, en lugar de almendras puede usar avellanas o anacardos, o una combinación de ellos.
Para la decoración, puede sumergir las 8 bolas en ganache o dejarlas sin la ganache.
