Agedashitofu or Agedashi-tofu is often the recipe’s name outside of Japan.
However, we pronounce it Agedashidofu in Japan.
The crust is crispy and the inside (silken tofu) is smooth.
This is my favorite way to eat tofu.
Its a common tofu dish serve in Japan.
Tofu is pretty much, an edamame pudding.
