Hi guys! In this video, I am sharing with you a light, healthy, and delicious dish that is easy to cook. Here’s my Pan-seared Mahi-mahi in olive oil, lemon, soy sauce, garlic, and dill.

INGREDIENTS:
2 steak of Mahi-mahi
1/2 tsp Coconut Sugar, you can use brown sugar
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Butter
4-6 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Dill
3 tbsp Oil, for searing the fish
1/2 tsp Salt, to season the fish
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
***NOTE***
COOKING is all about your taste. Adjust accordingly.

Cook the. Ottom first to make the skin crisp up.. and when you put it on skin side down push it for 15-30 seconds otherwise the skin will become curved
