Kristin at Mini Slice of farm says:

This was such a fun one to make! Let me know if you want to see this soup freeze dried so it can be shelf stable for individual servings! What is your favorite soup? What should we copycat next?

What About Nepal says:

I made this today with my Nepalese helper and it was very nice. I used fresh broccoli and I don't know why more people don't use the stalk of the broccoli. Just use a knife or potato peeler and take off the bark. Also, don't forget to chop up the leaves. They taste fine and have lots of vitamins. I'm in Nepal and western things can be very expensive, so I used yak cheese. It was still excellent. Thanks so much for the recipe. Yak cheese is the same consistency as cheddar, but not colored yellow.. I should have just added a bit of turmeric to the broth.

Sylvie sorelle says:

The broccoli is raw form correct? Looks delicious.

I used 16oz of cheese at it was perfect actually. Especially when reheating. The cheese makes the soup very creamy
