Pani (Water) warm ¼ cup or as required
Cheeni (Sugar) 1 & ½ tsp
Khameer (Yeast) instant ½ tsp
Maida (Flour) 1 & ½ cup
Milk powder 1 tbs
Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
Andy (Egg) 1
Oil 1 & ½ tbs
Chicken filling preparation:
Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
Adrak Lehsan (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
Pyaz (Onion) Chopped 1
Chicken Boiled & shredded 1 & ½ cup
Kali Mirch powder (black pepper powder) 1 tsp
Gram masala (All-spices powder) 1 tsp
Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Hari Mirch (Green chili paste) 1 tsp
Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
Doodh (Milk) 1 cup
Anda (Egg) 1
Makhan (Butter) 1 tsp
Oregano ¼ tsp
In a bowl, add warm water, sugar and yeast, mix well.
Now add all-purpose flour, dry milk, salt, egg and oil, mix and knead well until all ingredients are combined and a smooth dough formed.
Grease the dough with oil, cover and leave the dough for 1 hour in a warm place. Bread dough is ready.
Boil the chicken with salt and black pepper powder, shredded and set aside.
In a wok, add butter, let it melt then add ginger garlic paste, onion and sauté little.
Add boiled and shredded chicken mix well.
Add black pepper powder, all-spices powder, and oregano, salt and give it a good mix.
Add all-purpose flour and sauté until its color changes.
Add milk, whisk continuously to avoid any lumps formation. Cook until the required thickness and let it cool down.
Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape with the help of a rolling pin.
Take the dough gives it chatai shape and fill it with chicken filling.
Put chatai samosa in a baking tray, apply egg-wash, and then bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 15-20 minutes.
In butter add oregano mix well and apply on chatai Baked Bread samosas.
Your chatai Baked Bread samosas are ready to serve.
