In this video, we’ll show you how to marinate and bake these Asian-inspired chicken thighs. First we whisk up a rice vinegar, sesame, soy sauce, and chili-garlic marinade for the chicken. After an hour we’ll bake and baste the thighs with the remaining sauce until nicely glazed. Serve this up with steamed rice, seared snap peas, and toasted sesame seeds for a perfect weeknight dinner.
