When I tell you that this is the best thing since cake!!. I didn't have any maple syrup so I used honey and I also swapped out the coconut oil for Ghee . Microwaved it for 1 minute 20 seconds. Finally, I turned it upside down onto a plate then placed a 60% Dark chocolate square from Giharadell and the heat from the cake melts it so beautifully. I'm sold! I just started the Paleo diet and this will come in handy.

This cake isn’t Vegan free she added an egg…Vegans don’t eat any food that comes from animals such as eggs, milks and meat etc.

I replaced the maple syrup with honey and the coconut oil with butter (because that's what I had at hand) and added a tiiiiiiiiiiiny amount of salt and powdered instant coffee and I haven't been able to stop making it. 4/6 eggs from the crate are gone.

I topped it with powdered sugar and hazelnuts, added some chocolate chips to the batter it turned out very delicious and satisfied my chocolate craving .
