Cake Ingredients:
2 cups – almond flour http://amzn.to/2htvyB2
1 tsp – baking powder
1/4 tsp – salt
1/2 cup – powdered sugar substitute http://amzn.to/2GN6lJQ
8 Tbs – unsalted butter, room temp.
2 – large eggs
1 – egg yolk
1 tsp – vanilla extract
1/2 cup – sour cream
1/3 cup – water

Filling Ingredients:
4 Tbs – unsalted butter, melted

2 tsp – ground cinnamon

Icing Ingredients:
2/3 cup – powdered sugar substitute http://amzn.to/2GN6lJQ
1 tsp – vanilla extract
5 to 6 Tbs – of heavy cream

Serves 9

This was good! I messed it up by making the icing too watery, and putting it on the cake while it was hot, so that it soaked in and didn’t look very pretty, but lesson learned!
