Ingredients:

Bread … 6 Slices
Chicken (Boiled & Shredded) … 1/2 Cup
Cucumber (Chopped) … 1/4 Cup
Iceberg Lettuce (Chopped) … 1/4 Cup
Carrot (Finely Chopped) … 2 Tbsp
Salad Leaf (Chopped) … 1/4 Cup
Mayonnaise … 1/2 Cup
Black Pepper … 1 Pinch

Method:

– Add chicken, mayonnaise, cucumber, iceberg lettuce, salad leaf, carrot and black pepper into a bowl.
– Mix it.
– Remove bread crust from all slices
– Apply prepared mixture on bread slice and place another slice over it to make a sandwich.
– Cold Sandwich is ready
