My cookies never flatten out in the oven. I mean they get baked nice, but
so much thicker then they are supposed to be. I used thr ice cream scoop
thing as well. Any idea whats wrong?
Could you leave out the peanut butter as I am allergic to nuts
i cant get it is it two cups of flour..or one cup?? can any one tell me?

You can follow the raisin cookie recipe on the lid of the Quaker Oats
cereal. omit the reasons add as many peanut butter chocolate chips as you
want and about a 1/4 and peanut butter or more to taste will have to add
about 1/8 cup flour more. All adjusted to your taste in the thickness you
want a cookie I have been making these cookies this way for over 10 years
and they are hit
