As we age it gets harder to eat the things we want, instead, they’re replaced by things that are good for us. And as everyone knows, ‘good for us’ is most often synonymous with bland. Join Mara Shapiro as she demonstrates how to make a delicious lemon chicken that is low in salt and great if you have high blood pressure or cooking for someone who does.

Ok…made this – however I must tell you that in the RECIPE it calls for fresh lemon juice…ok well you forgot to put in the recipe WHEN to use it. I added it to the pan at the same time I added the no salt added chicken stock. It was AMAZING! loved it and will make it again. Thanks
