Cucumber Salad Recipe.
1 Cucumber
1/4 Bunch Cilantro (0.5 oz / 14g)
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Ground Coriander Seed
Salt, Sugar, Crushed Chili Pepper

1- Slice the cucumber.
2- Grind the coriander seeds.
3- Mince the cilantro.

This is delicious. Not sure what this guy is talking about as unhealthy. This is enough sauce for at least a 4-6 serving. That's only 1/2-3/4 tsp of olive oil per person, a healthy fat mind you which we shd have at least 3 tsp per day. Great recipe!
