Dominican Style Ribs are super delicious and it’s one of my easy Dominican Recipes that your family will love! These fried ribs take about 30 minutes to cook and taste great with any kind of sauce– bbq sauce, hot sauce, or my personal favorite– fresh limes! Just know that you don’t have to fry these ribs. You can also make baked ribs or even grilled ribs! Be sure to join the Chef Zee family and subscribe!

Hi! Thank you so much for this video. I am excited to give it a shot this weekend. If I am planning to bake them, do I have to add the same amount of water into the baking dish the first time around and let the water evaporate eventually, OR just bake the ribs by itself, covered, and then take the foil off and let them brown? Thanks again! <3

Sheila Brito says:

Looks delicious! I’d like to suggest a recipe: Pan Relleno (de jamón y queso) that you can get in Dominican bakeries in NYC.
