Pot roast:
Chuck roast
1 Onion
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of beef broth
1/4 cup of red cooking wine
2 tbsp of HP brown sauce
2 tsp of worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp of Flour

1. Season the meat with salt, pepper, steak and chop seasoning by Webber, garlic powder, onion powder
– cook chopped garlic until fragrant
2. Sear meat on all sides (with garlic still in the pan)
3. Place roast in crock pot, sautee Onion
4. De-glaze the pan with the beef broth and red wine (cook out alcohol for 2 min)
5. Add in HP brown sauce and worcestershire sauce
6. Add in flour and whisk
7. Pour mixture on top of roast and cook on low for 8-10 hours

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes

Those pancakes look AMAZING. My favorite is making Zuppa Toscana in the crock pot! I brown the pound of spicy sausage with a medium white onion, put it in the pot with a standard container of beef broth, 4 minced garlic cloves, and 6 large, peeled potatoes. Cook on high for 4 hours then right before serving I add a mixture of spinach and kale. Top with parm cheese and some Italian bread for dipping. Yummm

Chicken and Noodles
3-4 chicken breast
1 T season salt
1 stick butter
2 cans cream of chicken
32 oz. Chicken broth
Mix all together. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
Shred chicken.
Stir in:
1 package Reames frozen egg noodles
Cook on low 2 more hours.
Serve over mashed potatoes.

You 2 are so cute! One of our kids favorite is Polish Supper. Kelbsa sliced to large bite size, potatoes cut to about stew size peel on, 1/2 medium sweet onion diced,, saurkraut and juice, 3 sweet apples peeled cored and diced i link honey crisps, 1 tablespoon Caraway seeds. On low 8 hours the apples melt into the kruat and makes it sweet. This has always been family fav.
