You guys!!! Oh my gosh this soup was soooooo good!
Here is the recipe I used:
1/2 an onion (except I put in a whole one)
one block of cream cheese
pepper to taste
one can cream of chicken soup
3 cups water/3 chicken bullion cubes (OR 2 cans chicken broth)
one bag frozen hash browns
Put all in crock pot and cook on high for 3 hours. Add cream cheese 30 minutes prior to serving (I only learned this after I did mine – I threw mine in at the beginning and it was just as good).
I added salt and bacon bits when it was done, and then topped with shredded cheese. Delicious!
