I dont know about cooking any grain and keeping it as long as a week. I would tend to cook batches of two at most 3 days worth at a time. I am not in the market for food poisoning. (I dont know, looking at it, if I would even feel safe for 3 days?).

Alyssa, thanks. Great video. My favorite is the Asian bowl. I like your simplicity of ingredients and variation. I would generally like to chop my ingredients for my bowls more. So for carrots, dice instead of slice. And chiffonade the cilantro and parsley. But just my preference.
