Healthy Vitamix soup recipes that are cozy, warm, and easy to make! Soups are quite simply, some of the easiest and nourishing meals possible. You can load them up with vegetables and warm yourself from the inside out. It goes without saying that they’re perfect for the fall and winter months, but truly, they can be enjoyed year round.

If there was a cooking equation, I think it would be easy soup recipes + healthy soup recipes = Vitamix soup recipes. And now you know why I love my Vitamix blender so much. 😉

In today’s video I’m showing you how to make roasted cauliflower soup, sweet potato soup and beet soup. All are dairy-free and vegan. And I have several more soup recipes on my website. Just click the blog post link below. Enjoy!

Good recipes! ….Just a note: the definition of hack is: 1. to cut with rough or heavy blows. 2. unauthorized access to data in a computer system…..The word to use is tip or hint, not hack.

Teresa James says:

I like my Vitamix, but I find that soup recipes with a lot of raw ingredients (not the ones you demonstrate here) just taste like spiced vegetable juice. If they have any amount of raw onion in them, they taste like onion juice. The ingredients need to be at least partially cooked before being added to the blender. When I have begun cooking a soup and am at the point that Vitamix recipes call for pouring the soup into the blender, it seems to me that it would be more convenient and less dangerous to simply take out my immersion blender to do that step. I´m new at it, but I don´t see my Vitamix as being more useful than more common soup-making tools and methods… stovetop and immersion blender.
