I really need to try the lasagna soup. The others recipes as well, but the soup…
Where I live we only have firm tofu or extra firm, it's called natural tofu. It's very hard to find silken tofu, I haven't seen it for ages. So I make every recipe with firm tofu. The collar greens again, they don't exist here, I use either spinach or cabbage depending on the recipe. Great video!
