This is a recipe I created for my friend, Emily, who is now on a restrictive diet. It is gluten free, dairy free but full of taste. Try it and let me know what you think. If you don’t have allergy issues, try the sauce with a spoonful of mustard instead of the egg white.

Awesome!! Thanks Rob- this is awesome since I already have all these ingredients in my fridge today! Super healthy too, I am always looking for ways to add Apple Cider Vinegar to things. Can't wait to try it, makes me hungry. Lunch time!
