The Holiday Season is here. I am busy preparing, as I am sure most of you are too. It is an unusual Holiday this year with all the restrictions and social distancing. We will be fewer in numbers, but we can still have a wonderful meal together. It’s a great time to remind each other of the things we are thankful for, the hope of a better tomorrow, and the many blessings God provides every day.

Today I am sharing some of my favorite appetizers. I will show you how to make an amazing olive tapenade, garlicky crispy stuffed mushrooms, and an absolutely wonderful herb & cheesy dip.

All of these recipes are completely plant-based and vegan. These recipes can also be made gluten-free for all of my gluten-free friends out there. Check my website for the detailed and full recipes.

They all look sooo good, Chef Ani. I'll be making your sweet potato and marshmallows. Imma do the candied pecans for some extra flavor. I've made your stuffed mushrooms twice, and they are soooo good. Im not a big fan of mushrooms. I need them paired with other veggies like bell pepper, but I have eaten those mushrooms just like that, and they are amazing. I'll also be making your holiday roast and stuffing. Im so excited!

If we visit you around the holidays? There's a pandemic going on, the only person I'll be visiting is my good friend Cap'n Crunch.
Of course there's Braggs in the tapenade, gotta use up that gallon somehow. That was not a hefty garlic amount. In my house we'd use the whole bulb. And if we don't have a cheese cloth then we should reconsider out life choices.

I actually made a bread baking video that will be uploaded in december. 1st time making bread so… expect cringey mistakes.
