NOTE: reheat using oven get same texture
Ingredients
1 cup mozzarella or any cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 and 1/4 cup almond flour plus 2 tbsp if still wet
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg

For sweetness crust
50 grams Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp low carb sweeteners
1 tbsp almond flour

Net carb 1.6
Net calories: 110

I tried and it an Interesting taste but it was good. I think it's best eating them the day of making, its warm & soft.. The next day is still ok too but little more harden and chewy after microwave. Cold is fine too . Everyone has their own preference.. Will be making more soon!
