You are so right-I have seen nopalitos so many times and wanted it make something, but thought it might taste weird. I will definitely try it with the guajillos and with scrambled eggs. And–I didn't have any blender, and I really wanted a big one like you have. Well guess what, I found one in a closet when I moved to a new house, actually 2! One still new in the box, and one I cleaned up to use. It scared me so much the first time I turned it on. hahaha. Please keep making videos – it's so fun to watch and see your great smile. I grew up eating them with diced onions 🧅 diced fresh tomatoes 🍅 bacon 🥓 or bacon drippings. Add nopales then add eggs and salt at the end. Eat them on a corn 🌽 or flour tortilla.Delish ❤️
