Paula do you have a recipe for cornbread salad. This dish sounds real different but this salad is absolutely addicting. My mother was always coming with some kind of new and they were all delicious. My mother since I was a young girl lets us know that we have to take a bite of new dishes and if we didn't care for it then we didn't have to eat it. I have to say my mother never made anything I didn't like but when she passed I had no idea where these recipes are. I truly miss some of these dishes but the one I miss
the most is the that cornbread salad. I would be honored if you could make that. Thanks Paula for showing us some great recipes. ππππ»ππ»

The crab martini looks fabulous! Made my mouth actually water! Paula, do you mind me asking about your hair? You and I are about the same age, and I am trying to let my hair go totally gray, and this pandemic has presented the perfect opportunity. Yours is the prettiest head of hair I have ever seen for our age bracket. Can I ask you what this haircut is called, and exactly what color do you use to bring out that lovely silver glow? I started making my own homemade cream of mushroom soup (just made it up) during Covid and I'll never use a can of mushroom soup again. It's so rich and delicious. Yummy!
Too fancy for me! I'm just a country girl from East Texas and our fish are more like the catfish from our East Texas Rivers and Lake Sam Rayburn, the largest lake in the South, named after the former Speaker of the House, Sam Rayburn, who we here are proud to say was a Texan and a working DEMOCRAT, in the days when that meant EVERYTHING!! People come from miles away and other states and countries to fish Lake Rayburn! Fresh water, of course, but you cannot beat that good 'ole Southern catfish!! NITA
