Gluten Dairy Free Recipes: Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Close – Enjoy one of my many easy, gluten dairy free recipes. These are my favorite chocolate chip cookies! –

2 cups organic finely ground almond meal
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup of organic coconut oil (melted)
3 Tbs organic maple syrup
2 tsp organic gluten-free vanilla
1/2 cup dairy-free semisweet organic chocolate chips
(Optional) 1/2 cup chopped raw, organic walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Whisk together the dry ingredients, except the chocolate chips. Add all the wet ingredients to the dry to fully combine. Lastly mix in chocolate chips and chopped nuts if you’re using any.

Place a small heaping teaspoon of dough on cookie sheet about 1 -2″ apart.

Cook for 8 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool for 10-15 minutes.

What stores can I buy almond meal from besides a local health food store which is so expensive.. Does Whole foods have it?.. can I buy it in bulk, then freeze it?.. will it last long that way? thanks..
