GF Bread Flour : 1 cup
For GF bread flour:
Yeast : 1/2 tsp
Grinded powdered Sugar : 1 tbsp
Warm water : 1/4 cup
Egg : 1
Oil : 1 tbsp
Yogurt: 1 tbsp
Salt : 1/4 tsp
Baking powder : 1/4 tsp
Warm milk : 1/4 cup
For Garlic Butter Spread :
Butter : 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic : 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander: few leaves
Take warm water in a bowl, add sugar and yeast.
Set aside it for 5 – 10 minutes.
Add GF bread flour in a bowl.
Add salt and baking powder and mix well.
Add egg , oil , yogurt, yeast water mixture and warm milk.
Mix with spatula and then knead with hands to make a soft and smooth dough.
Cover it and place on a warm place for 1 hour.
Meanwhile prepare butter garlic spread by mixing butter , garlic and fresh coriander.
After 1 hour , slightly knead the dough again.
Then roll it with flour to make it smooth.
Divide the dough into three portions.
Take one portion and roll it with rolling pin (Can be spread with hands)
Heat up a non stick pan and place naan on it for cooking.
Spread butter garlic spread on it.
Then cover the lid and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Then turn the side and cook the other side as well.
Garlic Naan Bread is ready.
