How to cook Goan pork solantulem | pork amsol | Delicious pork recipe
cooked slow and on low flame to bring out the flavors, especially kokum.

Ingredients :
1/2 kg pork
2 medium size onions
3 chili’s ( as per spice level )
5 dry red chili’s
8 garlic pods
1/2 ” ginger
11/2 ” cinnamon stick
10 clove
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
10 kokum petals
1 tbsp tamarind pulp (tamarind water)
1 tbsp cooking oil
salt to taste
black pepper – OPTIONAL

NOTE:- If needed can use little water.
