2 boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
8 white bread slices
4-5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon finely chopped mixed fresh herbs (parsley, thyme and rosemary)
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cheese slices
ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
Butter as required
Potato wedges for serving
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon mustard paste
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
Crushed peppercorns to taste
Salt to taste


1. Take chicken slices in a bowl. Add chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns, fresh herbs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
2. Heat remaining olive oil in a non-stick grill pan.
3. To prepare spread, mix together butter, mustard paste, tomato ketchup, crushed peppercorns and salt in a bowl.
4. Place the chicken slices on hot grill pan and cook on high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer in a bowl and shred the chicken.
5. Preheat an electric griller.
6. To prepare one sandwich, apply some prepared spread on one bread slice.
7. Add mayonnaise, salt and crushed peppercorns to chicken mixture and mix well.
8. Put some chicken mixture and one cheese slice on the prepared bread slice, cover with another bread slice and apply some butter on top.
9. Place the sandwiches in the preheated griller, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
10. Cut into triangles and serve hot with potato wedges.

It's a nice and simple recipe. I love all the recipes on the channel. Just a correction, on the "Under 15 minutes" list not all recipes are strictly under 15 minutes, this included. For this the preparation time is itself 15 minutes. Do look into this.
