2 tbsp. Mirin
2 tbsp. Sake or Rice Wine
4 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Granulated Dashi
1 medium-sized Onion (thickly cut)
1 tsp. Ginger (grated)
For Toppings
Scallion (finely chooped)
Benishoga or Red Pickled Ginger
Onsen Tamago (Hot Spring Egg)
1 L. Water
3 Eggs
