Breakfast at 3:40 niiiiice…..

Catherine McCord says:

Skim milk will work! Yes, you can increase the amount of nuts and omit the dried fruit. One of the great things about this recipe is that it is totally customizable!

Debra Swartz says:

Hi Catherine. Can you use skim milk or does it have to be whole milk? Also, what if you don’t have dried fruit on hand? Can you omit it and just add more nuts?

Catherine McCord says:

It won’t rise or aerate without the baking powder and it might not cook all the way through in the middle if it doesn’t rise at al. So I would definitely leave the baking powder in them!

Lesslie Gallardo says:

Is baking powder ESSENTIAL? or will it just not rise the same?

Pooja Tallapaneni says:

Hi! Can you use steel cut oats/irish oats instead of 5 minute oats?

iKioty says:

Wow so well made and great video! Will be making today

Catherine McCord says:

I think an egg replacer like 1 tablespoon ground flax mixed with 3 tablespoons of water or a small mashed banana would work!

nirmiti27 says:

Can we replace egg? I am vegetarian ….pls

Catherine McCord says:

Whoops! Well there is both cinnamon and vanilla in the recipe so I guess it’s all good! Click the link in the description for the written recipe.

Susan Hudak-Scherer says:

Catherine love the recipie Thanks Did you realise that you said cinnamon instead of vanilla?

Catherine McCord says:

Let me know how you like them after you make them!

Shirley1902 says:
