Hi lovelies! As requested by you guys on my Instagram, here’s my recipe for some healthy chocolate crackles (rice crispy treats) made with puffed/popped quinoa. They are made with coconut oil and therefore without copha and also free of refined sugar and gluten-free. These chocolate crackles are one of my favourite healthy snacks/treats and are so easy to make as they are no cook. I hope you love them as well!
