& anything she makes on here is healthy. I’m sure that peanut butter and jelly preserves are like from Whole Foods or something. Even if not~~~ its a better option than some other things we can eat. Make it how you want. It’s her video. Why don’t you make a video & title it whatever YOU want.

You have so many great ideas! My 3 year old is a texture fanatic and she’s going through a crunchy stage. If its not crunchy, she won’t touch it. Its been very challenging finding foods that aren’t mashed up but not too hard that she will choke on it. If you can do any videos on foods like that or have any suggestions, it would be greatly, greatly appreciated. What an easy way to spice up a regular sandwich. The texture is PERFECT! Thank you!

Why would you make a stick of butter and jelly sandwich? its kinda like saying a cup of olive oil is healthier than a tub of lard. Obviously it is, but the point is the amount of the food is whats making it unhealthy. The title of “heathy” on the video is a bit misleading in my opinion. Yeah that sandwich probably tastes AMAZING, but the amount of peanut butter and jelly in that ONE sandwich is not “healthy”. The issue is the title. Not what is being made.
