I am so excited to bring you 3 delicious appetizer recipes! These are perfect for your Holiday get together or even if you just want to make a small batch for your family! They were quick and easy and oh sooooo yummy!!

In this video:
Oyster Crackers:
1 bag of Oyster crackers
1 package of Ranch seasoning
1 package of Italian dressing seasoning
!/2 tbs. garlic powder
1/2-3/4 cup of oil
Toss together and bake at 250 degrees for 10-15 mins.

Pesto and Chicken Pinwheels:
1 Puff Pastry sheet (thawed)
spread Pesto on first
add shredded chicken
top with Parmesan
Roll up and cut into pinwheels
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 mins.

Mac and Cheese Bites:
Boil 1 box of elbow noodles
drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking process
In a sauce pan add equal parts butter and flour to create a roux.
Stir in milk or cream, whisking until smooth
Add in 1 8oz. of your favorite cheese and stir until combine
Add a pinch of ground mustard, seasoned salt and S&P to taste.
You can also do a splash of Worcestershire and hot sauce for more flavor.
Add in cooked bacon
Add in cooked elbow noodles and stir.
scoop into muffin pan and top with seasoned bread crumbs
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes

I bake scrambled eggs, thinly sliced ham, and cheese inside puff pastry for breakfast/brunch. It is delicious and looks impressive but is so easy!

I would be inclined to cook the macaroni and cheese bites in a mini muffin pan also with the pesto and chicken rolls I would cut the puff pastry in half the long way and make two rolls slice and bake because some of these things are big and they're too much for an appetizer.

No better combination than cheese and Worcestershire sauce! I make cheese toast all the time and add Worcestershire to it and then I learned that when I lived in Wales and England.

I knew a kid named Bunkie he was somewhere on my family tree and we were at Christmas at my evil grandmother's house which was a big farm on 900 acres in the middle of nowhere. My Uncle Bob live there as well and he was very fastidious we weren't even supposed to look into his room let alone put a foot into it and funky said come here and see this and he was in Uncle Bob's room! I said get out we can't go in there he said just for a second so I walked in and he locked the door we were both locked in!! Of course I started screaming because I didn't want to be locked in and then it was obvious that we were in Uncle Bob's room! Everything after that is kind of a blur but people made a big ass deal about it! I wonder whatever happened to Bunkie. he was a pain in the Razzmatazz!

Keep puff pastry cold. It will not puff properly at room temperature so as you're working with it when it warms up put it back in the fridge. They need to go into the oven cold. :-)

I live for pesto! It's the best. But you need to make your own. The stuff in the container tastes nothing like fresh pesto. It would be awesome to add sundried tomatoes to the pesto for the pinwheels. I am totally making those oyster crackers, too. Thanks for sharing.
