Hi Bold Bakers! This week, I have a special recipe and episode for you from our recent trip to Disneyland. Kevin and I filmed our adventure which inspired today’s episode for Homemade Dole Whip. If you haven’t had Dole Whip before, it’s a frozen whipped pineapple treat. It is really easy to make, only requires 2 ingredients, is dairy free and doesn’t require freezing. So let’s get started!

Would it help if you froze a tin of Crushed Pineapple on a Baking Sheet of Parchment Paper? Once you snapped that into shards it would process more easily, or did you try that and it failed? And, have you come up with a Cool Whip alternative?
Dole makes different fruit in the frozen section like cherry berry blends down chilli like mango. Could one use that instead? I am allergic to pineapple.
