Chicken thighs bone in skin on
1/2 cup katsup
White rice
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup honey
Salt, pepper, garlic powder,
1 To 2 Sazon packets opitional
7 Fresh garlic cloves chopped fine
Oil to coat pan
1/4 cup chicken broth
3 Tablespoon Sofrito if you don’t make sofrito store bought is fine

Gina I tried this recipe and it was a disaster. I followed the direction but I didn’t like the taste of the soy sauce. I think I made the sauce too thick trying to cover up the soy sauce taste. I used a lot of honey trying to save the sauce or cover the soy sauce more. Guess I just don’t like soy sauce. I just didn’t like the sauce.
