In the instructions it says to put it in the oven can we just cook it still in the pan & also how long for each step?

Made this tonight for dinner, was really good. Only thing I'd change is…..I would cut loin up first (after its been completely cooked and rested) into the slices, and then put all the slices in the sauce and get a real good coating on each slice. I followed the recipe as is and ended up just putting all the slices back in to the pan with the leftover sauce. I dunno that's just me, sauce was really good.
