Hey Gemma…..Most homes in India do not have an oven… If you could show how to bake a cake without a proper oven… Or how to create oven like thing at home and bake a basic cake …. That would be just fabulous……ur substitute videos have being a life saver for us from India whr some ingredients are not so common.. Lee

I would expect you to mention that none of these flours, nor any other single grain flour can be used to substitute wheat flower in a recipe that calls for wheat flour. People watching this might think they can just substitute these for wheat, but it is not so. As a mother of a teenager with celiac, cooking gluten free for many years, I found this out a hard way. To get good results you really need recipes that are adjusted for these flours, or use a blend of several flours, or both.
Other than that, great video. Love your channel.
